AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) Young People
Held on Wednesday
Time: 7pm
Duration: Ongoing
Description: In this weekly meeting, young people are given the opportunity to
share experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common
problems and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for
attendance is a desire to stop drinking. Our primary purpose is to help
participants and other young alcoholics achieve sobriety.
Al-Anon
Held on Sunday
Time: 1pm - 2:15pm
Duration: Ongoing
Description: Al-Anon offers hope and help to families and friends of alcoholics. Alcoholism is truly a family disease. No matter what relationship you have with an alcoholic, whether they are still drinking or not, all who have been affected by someone else's drinking can find solutions that lead to serenity in this Al-Anon fellowship.
Adult Survivors of Incest

Description: Support group for adult survivors of incest.
CA (Cocaine Anonymous) Big Book (Sign-up required)

Duration: Ongoing
Description: Sign up for this closed group meeting that offers men and women the
opportunity to share experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they
may solve common problems, and help others to recover from their addiction to
cocaine.
CA (Cocaine Anonymous) Rainbow Group

This weekly meeting is for gays, lesbians and friends who wish to share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common problems and issues and help others to recover from addiction to cocaine.

Description: Provides a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to
develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for

Description: A weekly ongoing support and discussion group for the family and friends of alcoholics and/or addicts. Come and share experiences, ask questions and listen in a confidential environment.

Duration: Ongoing with no group on the last Saturday of the month.
Description: This weekly meeting is for men and women who wish to share
experiences, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common
problems and help others to recover from a gambling addiction.

Lifeskills and Goal Setting

Description: This is an unlearning course, providing participants with the
necessary tools to unlearn thoughts and beliefs, which are interfering with their
personal wealth in all senses of the word. Simple homework and tips will be
provided to significantly increase one's potential.

Description: This group offers a fellowship for men to share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve common problems, and help others to recover from their eating addiction.
Speaker Meeting
Held on Tuesday and Wednesday

Description: This meeting, for addicts of any substance or behaviour, allows
participants to share freely their experiences. The format of the meeting includes
a speaker who tells his or her story of recovery, which is followed by group
discussion, if desired.
Spirituality in Recovery

Time: 1:30 - 3pm
Duration: Ongoing
Description: Participants are encouraged to share, in a safe and confidential
forum, their thoughts and feelings on various spiritual principles and ideas while
examining possible ineffective or outdated ideas around religion and the concept of
G-d. Using open-mindedness as a key, and willingness to stay clean and sober,
individuals move towards finding a functional Higher Power in their lives.
Women's 12 Step Workshop
